Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the use of the HPI Pro website and the information submitted through it — contact forms, requests for a consulting call, and direct email inquiries. It does not apply to client systems we work in as part of a project; those are governed by the individual agreements with that client.

Two categories of information are collected on the site:

• Information you provide voluntarily — name, organization, email, phone number and a free-text description of your need, as entered in the contact form.
• Technical information collected automatically — truncated IP address, browser and device type, entry and exit pages, and referral source. This information is used for operation and aggregate measurement, not personal identification.

We do not request and do not want to receive sensitive information through the site: credit card details, medical information, real customer data, or exports from your systems. If such information is sent to us by mistake, we will delete it.

• Responding to your inquiry and scheduling an introductory or consulting call.
• Preparing a professional proposal and continuing business correspondence about that inquiry.
• Improving our content and service through aggregate, anonymous measurement of site usage.
• Complying with legal requirements, accounting, and record-keeping in case of a dispute.

We do not sell personal information, do not transfer it to advertisers, and do not use it for marketing segmentation beyond the context of the inquiry submitted.

Submitting details through the form is voluntary and constitutes consent to be contacted regarding that inquiry. Retention of business correspondence and accounting records is based on legitimate interest and statutory reporting obligations.

To operate the site and manage inquiries we rely on infrastructure providers — website hosting, a managed database, an email service, and usage measurement. These providers process data on our behalf only and in accordance with our instructions.

Information will be transferred to another party only with your consent, or where required by law or court order.

Some of our infrastructure providers operate servers outside Israel. In these cases, information is stored with providers committed to industry-standard levels of protection. If you would like to know where specific information you submitted is stored, you may contact us.

The site uses operational cookies required for it to function properly, and measurement cookies that help us understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive at them. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may impair some functionality.

The site does not run advertising or remarketing cookies. Details of the measurement tools actually in use, and their cookie retention periods, are provided on request.

Inquiries that do not result in an engagement are kept for a reasonable period to allow continued business dialogue, after which they are deleted. Documents related to an actual engagement are retained for the periods required by law. A request for early deletion will be reviewed and carried out subject to legal retention obligations.

We apply standard security measures: encrypted traffic, access permissions limited on a need-to-know basis, environment separation, and hardened access to the inquiries database. No measure provides absolute protection, and we do not guarantee full immunity against breach or failure.

• Review the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information.
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Request that we stop proactively contacting you, at any time.

To exercise a right, you can reach us via the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time and verify your identity before disclosing any information.

This policy may be updated as the site, our services, or the law change. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document, and continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated text.

Questions, requests and complaints about privacy can be sent via the contact page. Privacy inquiries are routed to the responsible person on our team and handled separately from commercial inquiries.
