Salesforce Services

One professional suite.
From strategy to continuous improvement.

HPI Pro provides consulting, architecture, implementation, development and support services across the Salesforce ecosystem. Every service can stand on its own or fit into a full engagement, depending on the organization's situation and needs.

Who the suite fits

Four types of organizations we work with

  • Companies buying Salesforce for the first time that need full professional support.
  • Organizations with an existing system that want to reduce technical debt and move to the next phase.
  • Internal CRM teams that want an external architect, design reviews, or decision support.
  • Managers looking for a provider who owns the project end-to-end — not just development hours.

How to pick a starting point

A quick decision map

No Salesforce yet

Start with consulting and discovery, then architecture and full implementation.

Salesforce that partly works

Start with a Health Check, then fix the architecture or plan a new phase.

Salesforce in place, want AI

Check data and permission readiness through a focused Health Check, then Agentforce.

Want to connect systems

Start by scoping the core integration, then implement it.

Need short-term development only

You can enter through a support service or a focused enhancements track.

A 30-minute introductory call

A short conversation helps identify whether it's best to start with consulting, a Health Check, or straight into implementation.

Frequently asked questions

Salesforce services — common questions

Which Salesforce services do you provide?
A full suite — consulting and discovery, CRM architecture, Salesforce implementation, custom development, integrations and data migration, Agentforce and AI, user training and ongoing support. Every service stands on its own or fits into a broader engagement.
How do we know which service to start with?
It depends on the organization's situation. An organization buying Salesforce for the first time starts with consulting and discovery. An organization with an existing system that has lost structure starts with a Health Check. An organization that already knows what it wants to build goes straight to implementation. A short introductory call is usually enough to identify the right entry point.
Do you work alongside a client's in-house development team?
Yes. A lot of our work runs on a blended model — HPI Pro owns architecture, standards and complex components, and the client's in-house team develops alongside us to defined guidelines and joint testing.
Can we start with a small service without committing to a large project?
Yes. A Health Check, focused discovery, an architecture review or support on a single decision are all standalone services. In many cases clients start small and only later decide whether to expand.
Does the service include support after launch?
Yes, as part of our ongoing support service. It covers incident handling, small enhancements, release cycle management, monitoring, and quarterly roadmap planning. The service is scaled to the organization's usage.

Next step

Let's identify the right service to start with

A short conversation with leadership or your system owner helps determine where it matters most to begin — a Health Check, discovery, or an implementation project.
